This is my original oil painting of the Sunset Beach Pier sign. Whenever anyone visits Sunset Beach, North Carolina, the most iconic image is the Sunset Beach pier and the Sunset Beach pier sign. Visitors and residents reflect on their pictures standing by this sign and the memories this sign represents. Surprisingly, the flag and sign remained untouched during a recent hurricane force wind storm. Everyone looks for the sign as they bask in the sun at Sunset Beach.
